On May 6th, 2025, something truly special happened. The Menses Health Organisation gathered 123 bright, curious 13-year-old girls under one roof for a transformative Positive Period Classroom—a space where every question was welcomed, and every girl felt seen and heard.
With the heartfelt support of PopoMama, the day unfolded into more than just a workshop. It became a celebration of self-discovery and empowerment. Together, the girls explored everything from the basics of period health and hygiene to the vital role of nutrition during their cycles. Expert speakers shared practical advice, easy tips, and personal stories, making every topic feel relatable and empowering.
