"Give A Pad" Program

by the Menses Health Organisation is dedicated to ending period poverty and ensuring that every woman and girl has access to essential menstrual hygiene products. Our mission is to empower women by providing the necessary resources to manage their menstrual health with dignity and confidence. Through community support and donations, we aim to bridge the gap and create a world where no one is held back by their period.

How It Works?

Donation

Individuals, businesses, and organizations can contribute financially or donate sanitary pad at designated drop off points (Menses Health Organisation HQ & participating Pad Donation Bins)

Collection

Donated pads are collected at designated drop-off points (Pad Donation Bin) and through organised collection drives.

Distribution

Our team of volunteers and partner organisations distribute the sanitary pads to schools, shelters, and communities in need, ensuring they reach women and girls who lack access to these essential products.
