Where Period Conversations Become Empowerment

On 23 April 2026, Menses Health Organisation (MHO) brought the Positive Period Classroom to Good International School. The workshop created a comfortable and supportive space where students could learn about periods, ask questions and talk openly about menstrual health without feeling shy or embarrassed.
During the workshop, students learned about female anatomy, menstrual cycle tracking, period hygiene, nutrition and proper product disposal. They were also introduced to different menstrual products, including tampons, menstrual cups and discs, helping them understand the options available and feel more confident about managing their periods.
Learning became even more exciting during the interactive quiz session. Students enthusiastically answered questions, shared their thoughts and put what they had learned to the test. The session also gave them the opportunity to ask questions, clear up common period myths and learn the facts in a fun and engaging way.
This session was a meaningful morning of learning, sharing and open conversations. With the support of PopoMama, MHO continues to empower young people with practical period knowledge and confidence.
