On 6 March 2025, Menses Health Organisation, in partnership with Sunway Human Rights Club (SHRC), brought together passionate participants for an eye-opening discussion on period health and nutrition. Made possible by the generous support of PopoMama as the main sponsor, this impactful forum sparked meaningful conversations, broke taboos, and empowered individuals to take charge of their period well-being. With knowledge as a tool for change, this event was a step toward a future where period health is prioritized, understood, and stigma-free.
Titled “Managing Pre-Menstrual Syndrome (PMS) and Menstrual Symptoms Through Diet: What Works Best?”, this insightful forum featured an inspiring panel of experts — Ms. Nursyafiqah and Ms. Safiah, both experienced nutritionists. Blending insights from modern nutrition, the session offered a comprehensive guide to easing PMS and menstrual symptoms through dietary choices. Participants didn’t just gain knowledge — they walked away empowered with practical strategies to nourish their bodies, balance their cycles, and take control of their menstrual symptoms with confidence.
