1,500 Girls, One Powerful Step Forward

1,500 students in one hall, learning and talking about periods together. On 6 August 2026, Menses Health Organisation (MHO) reached a new milestone at Chung Hua High School Seremban, hosting our largest Positive Period Classroom to date. Led by our speaker, Ms Mae, the session brought menstrual health education to life through relatable conversations, practical knowledge and plenty of interaction with the students.
One of the most exciting moments came during the menstrual product demonstration. Students were introduced to different period products and learned how they are used, sparking curiosity throughout the hall. The excitement grew even more during the interactive quiz, as students eagerly raised their hands to answer questions, share what they knew and put their new period knowledge to the test.
The day ended with something special for every student. Thanks to Kotex Malaysia, all 1,500 students received a Confidence Kit to take home, helping turn what they learned into something practical they could use beyond the classroom.
Reaching 1,500 girls in a single session is a milestone we are incredibly proud of, but there are still many more girls we hope to reach.
